Process Maturity

Process maturity involves reviewing and refining existing bid management processes or designing and implementing new bid management processes in accordance with best practice, but in a way that is pragmatic for your business.

 

Where appropriate, we use the Get to Great® Bid Capability Benchmarking model to understand your level of bid maturity.  Bid Capability addresses the end-to-end approach to winning bids and is targeted at the bid function and its internal customers, including sales and service delivery.

Implementing the actions agreed to close any gaps identified will deliver a step change in all these areas, resulting in a sustainable improvement in bidding ratios, return on investment and morale. We provide training in all new or refined processes to all staff involved in bidding activities.
